    Please provide as much info as you think relevant because this will enable us to find a perfect fit for your business and ensure that we help to contribute to a harmonious working culture. The information you give us will inform our decision making on who to shortlist, and how we will make judgements and recommendations in putting candidates forward for your consideration.

    BE CLEAR ABOUT YOUR NEEDS

    Be upfront about what you have, and what you need

    It's so important that we have accurate information about the profile of the position, including duties and the day to day (nuts and bolts) expectations. Please be clear with us about the challenges, rewards and unwritten dynamics because this will shape our search. It is strongly preferred that you give us a detailed position description, or at a minimum, a solid outline of the day to day requirements and longer-term performance indicators.

    RESPECT CONFIDENTIALITY

    Privacy is important

    Our service is bound by, the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) European Union privacy laws. We protect our client’s information and security and we also observe this same level of confidentiality with our candidates. For this reason, we do not send candidate contact or address information. We ask that candidate profiles are not distributed to unrelated staff or team members or individuals beyond their relevant working group and that you keep all information adequately secured at your end. Candidates should expect nothing less from us in ensuring that their information is safe as we work diligently to maintain their confidence throughout the recruitment process.

    PROTECT YOUR GUARANTEE PERIOD

    Maximise your replacement guarantee

    The guarantee replacement period is valid for three months after commencement. If the new placement does drop out within that period we will commence a replacement process with your instruction. This guarantee is subject to several conditions that rest with the employer. The Guarantee Replacement is contingent on all fees being up to date and paid within terms.

    Ethics and relationships matter

    Our service is based on honesty, reliability and value. We are upfront, ethical, and transparent and it is our expectation that this approach will be reciprocated by all parties throughout the placement. Our product is human capital; sometimes things can happen beyond our control but if issues or problems do arise, we have an accountable and responsible approach to deal with matters in a prompt and sensitive manner.

    Respect our service and the work our team undertakes on your behalf

    Each successful placement is the result of significant effort and hard work from our team. This is a complex, highly competitive and costly service area, and all processes across the recruitment lifecycle require a significant allocation of resources. We have zero-tolerance of unpaid accounts and will revoke without exception the guarantee period if the account has not been paid within the terms outlined in this Hiring Agreement.
