Give us accurate information about your culture

We ask lots of questions about your environment, your people and your plans for the future. Please provide as much info as you can to enable us to find a perfect fit for your business and ensure that we help contribute to a harmonious working culture.


Provide a clear and detailed description of the role

It is important we have accurate information about the profile of the position including the duties and day to day expectations of the role. Please be clear with us about the challenges, rewards and unwritten dynamics because this will shape our search. Wherever possible, please provide us with a detailed position description.


Respond to us in a timely manner

The recruitment market is fast paced, extremely competitive and unforgiving. Great candidates always have multiple options. It is difficult to keep candidates constructively engaged if there is slow turnaround on feedback or long delays in scheduling interviews or providing interview follow-up.


Confidentiality and trust

We maintain a high level of trust with both clients and candidates and we are bound by Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) which are contained in the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). As much as we protect our client’s information and security we also observe this same level of confidentiality with our candidates. When sending candidate presentations, we do not include contact or address information. Please tell us who you would like to receive candidate presentations. We ask that beyond these people candidate profiles are not distributed to unrelated staff or team members or individuals beyond your relevant working group. Please respect that the info we send you is confidential and we ask that you keep it secured it at your end.


Please pay our invoice on time

We issue an invoice when a new employee starts work and therefore absorb all placement costs up to this point. Our guarantee policy relies on the account being up to date. If something beyond our control impacts a successful probation period, no one wants to start a discussion about money at that point. We will send you a reminder if the invoice is outstanding a few days prior to the expiration date.  The guarantee is void if payment is not received within terms (no exceptions).
